About the event
Part 1: Free to members and general public. 40 min lecture followed by a demonstration of how to make two kusamono (bonsai accent using grasses, flowers and native plants). These kusamono will be auctioned off at the end of the meeting.
Soil will be available for free to club members. Pots and plants will be available for purchase. Stay and DIY, if you like, but no interference with the workshop unless you are registered and paid.
Part 2: Two hour workshop following the demo. $40 for members only. Limit 8. Free to watch and DIY.

Workshop Details:
Bring your own tools, pots, and materials. Bring existing accents for review/improvements. Soil and a LIMITED amount of grasses, moss, and ferns will be available for one Kusamono for the workshop attendees.
